    This is a straightforward book describing the lives & fates of six notable North American Indian chiefs (Red Cloud of the Oglala Sioux, Satanta of the Kiowas, Quanah Parker of the Comanches, Washakie of the Shoshonies, Joseph of the Nez Perces, and Sitting Bull of the Hunkpapa Sioux) - famous leaders of Indian tribes of the Western US, from Canada to Mexico west of the Mississippi and east of /5.
